m/archive - Secure Archiving of Maintenance Records

m/archive is an archiving solution for the structured storage and archiving of all aircraft, engine and equipment documents, in particular certificates and maintenance records.

Recording, Archiving and Finden

The effort for finding a documentation using meta data allocation, full text search as well as object- and event-based archiving is many times smaller compared with a paper-based archive. At the same time there is a decreased risk of losing individual documents.

Advantages for MRO, Owners and Operators

Parallel to maintenance, repair and overhaul events the corresponding documents are created, archived and are immediately available everywhere. Under strict conditions and protected from unauthorized access, users can access the documents via internet 24/7 worldwide.

The optional recording of flight hours as well as take-offs and landings allow an additional complete flight hour reporting. Together with a complete documentation this represents a value enhancement.

Secure and Quality Tested

The system has been certified as a paperless archive by various authorities. Apart from permanent readability, protection against fire, flooding, loss and alteration are required. The quality of the documents is highly dependent on the creation and digitization process. Our service partner eDOC Aviation Service has highly specialized personnel which takes care of quality assurance and completeness checking during the archiving procedure.
